Will an AI agent pay off?
Run your own numbers

Four fields about your process, two about implementation cost. You get savings in hours and money, the payback period, and an honest answer when automation is premature.

Your process

Emails, chats, calls, documents: everything a person handles now.
₽/mo
Including taxes and contributions, not net salary. Usually about 1.4x the base pay.
%
Routine cases are handled end-to-end, edge cases go to a human. 60-80% is realistic for a mature process.

Automation cost

₽/mo
Defaults are Russian market benchmarks as of August 2026. Use figures from your actual quote if you have one.

Result

implementation payback
Spent on the process now
Time freed
Net savings, after maintenance
First-year effect, launch included

Method

How it's calculated, no magic

The formula is deliberately conservative: direct time savings only. Anything that can't be honestly measured upfront is left out.

hours/month = requests × minutes ÷ 60  ·  hourly rate = employee cost ÷ 168  ·  savings = hours × agent share × rate − maintenance  ·  payback = implementation ÷ monthly savings

What's included

Staff time on the request flow, the full cost of that time, one-off implementation and monthly maintenance.

What's left out, in your favor

Night and weekend replies, response speed, lost leads, growth without hiring. Often bigger than direct savings, but impossible to measure honestly upfront.

When to trust the result

When inputs come from measurement, not memory. A week of tracking beats any gut feeling.

See the blog for a detailed breakdown of implementation costs and how to pick the right process to automate.

FAQ

Frequent questions

What numbers should I use?
Take one concrete process: monthly request volume, minutes per request, and the full cost of the employee handling it. If you don't have exact numbers, a week of simple time tracking beats any estimate.
The math says it won't pay off. What now?
It means this process isn't worth automating yet, which is a perfectly valid result. Look at processes with a larger flow of repetitive requests.
Where do the default costs come from?
From open Russian market data as of August 2026. These are ballpark figures, not an offer: only a scoped estimate gives the real price.
Where do my numbers go?
Nowhere. Everything is computed in your browser; nothing is sent to the server or stored.
