Why Nodalio
Nodalio emerged from an observation: most companies implement AI as a new tool layered on top of old processes. Six months later — the tool is abandoned, the team returned to spreadsheets, money is spent. The problem is not the technology, but the lack of a system around it.
We build the system itself. We start with diagnostics: what is worth automating, what data exists, what result is needed. Then we design a solution for a specific process — no universal templates. We finish with team training so the system works without us.
We evolved from classical automation to LLM projects. The current focus is on AI agents, RAG systems, and automation of sales, HR, and content production.
