Nodalio emerged from an observation: most companies implement AI as a new tool layered on top of old processes. Six months later — the tool is abandoned, the team returned to spreadsheets, money is spent. The problem is not the technology, but the lack of a system around it.
Мы строим именно систему. Начинаем с диагностики: что реально стоит автоматизировать, какие данные есть, какой результат нужен. Потом проектируем решение под конкретный процесс — без универсальных шаблонов. Заканчиваем обучением команды, чтобы система работала без нас. We build the system itself. We start with diagnostics: what is worth automating, what data exists, what result is needed. Then we design a solution for a specific process — no universal templates. We finish with team training so the system works without us.
